Sorry but to remain competitive and to keep production levels up and for health and safety reasons it is unfortunately not possible to have visits.
Surfboards can be ordered direct via e-mail (this option works extremely well as it allows for full attention and detail to be given to your enquiry) and either posted out or collected from a Westbay stockist.
Any surfboard repairs are through repair agents only.

I use the finest materials available backed by years of surfboard building experience and my reputation and your fun is of utmost importance, but due to the very nature of the sport of surfing and the power of the ocean no guarantees against damage or
breakage of surfboards are offered or implied. Surfboards have sharp edges particularly fins and noses and the sea is a dangerous place and I accept no liability for any injuries, damage or loss, you or anyone else may suffer.

Delivery
If your board or other items are to be posted out, arrangement will be made with you via e-mail so that you can receive your board on a date that is convenient to you. Sadly times cannot be arranged.
If you use the “buy now” option, the board and any extra items will be dispatched that day or the following day (if purchased too late to arrange collection), unless you request otherwise via email.
Confirmation of dispatch and tracking details will be supplied to your email address

In-Stock and custom surfboards and accessories may be purchased direct from Richard Freeman of Westbay Surfboards using Paypal or Google invoice e-mail payment system or a cheque/bank draft in UK Sterling made out to Westbay Surfboards.
Throughout the transaction/posting process you will receive e-mail contact to keep you informed.

Returns (Surfboards)
I am so sure you will be delighted with your surfboard purchase that I offer a no cost to you, return service.
All I ask of you is that you wrap the surfboard and any accessories delivered with it, back up securely in the packaging it was delivered in and ensure the package is easily accessible for my courier to collect. I will then arrange for the package to be collected.
If for any reason you would like to return your items, you must notify that you wish to do so within 7 days of your purchase, this is on the condition that the items purchased have not been used and the items purchased are still in new condition are un-damaged and with any tags still attached and you have all packaging, including postage packaging (bubble wrap, packing and cardboard).
If you wish to return items, please contact me first via richard@westbaysurfboards.co.uk to obtain a returns number or to discuss an exchange within 7 days of your purchase.
Items will be refunded on safe return to me.
If you would prefer to return your items in person to a Westbay stockist this may be possible, however please contact myself
via e-mail first, if returning items you must also return any packaging that arrived along with the item/items you purchased, failure to do so may incur a charge.

Returns (accessories not purchased with a surfboard)
Again I am sure you will be delighted with your purchase, however if for any reason you would like to return your items,
you must notify that you wish to do so within 7 days of your purchase this is on the condition that the items purchased have not been used and the items purchased are still in new condition are un-damaged and with any tags still attached.
Items for refund must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
Returning accessory items are at your own cost.
If you wish to return items, please contact me first via richard@westbaysurfboards.co.uk to obtain a returns number or to discuss an exchange within 7 days of your purchase.
Items will be refunded on safe return to me.

If items are requested for refund but not returned, action will be taken to reclaim the items, and all costs involved will be charged to the customer.

If you place an order or purchase in-stock items it is deemed that you have read, fully understood and are completely happy with all of the above.
